Windows & Linux Servers
Full server backup including operating system, configurations, applications, and data — ready for bare-metal or virtual restore.
Business data loss costs more than backup. NetSol's managed cloud backup protects your servers, PCs, and cloud apps with 448-bit encryption, immutable storage, and 24/7 monitoring — with a local team ready when you need recovery most.
One managed backup solution that covers every corner of your IT environment, on-premise and in the cloud.
Full server backup including operating system, configurations, applications, and data — ready for bare-metal or virtual restore.
Endpoint backup for Windows and Mac workstations. Users get automatic protection without any manual steps.
Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint — fully backed up. Microsoft does not guarantee recovery from accidental deletion or ransomware.
Gmail, Drive, Contacts, and Calendar backed up with granular restore. Recover a single email or an entire user account in minutes.
Agentless backup for Hyper-V and VMware vSphere environments. Consistent snapshots without performance impact.
SQL Server, MySQL, Active Directory, and Exchange — application-aware backup that ensures data consistency at recovery time.
Most ransomware attacks target backup files first. Our immutable backup architecture means your backups cannot be encrypted, deleted, or modified by attackers.
Industry research shows the three main causes of business data loss are equally distributed and entirely preventable with managed backup.
Hard drive crashes and system failures are the single biggest cause of business data loss. Disk drives fail without warning — off-site backup is the only reliable protection.
Accidental deletion, overwritten files, and misconfiguration account for nearly a third of all data loss. Version history means you can always go back.
Software crashes, malware, ransomware, theft and other causes make up the remaining 28%. Immutable backups protect you even when your network is fully compromised.
A backup is only as good as its recovery. We verify every backup and document a clear recovery plan before you ever need it.
We handle the entire setup and ongoing management so your team does not need to think about backup again.
We audit your data, systems, and recovery requirements and design a protection plan — nothing for you to figure out.
We install all agents, configure schedules, and verify the first full backup — usually completed within one business day.
We monitor every backup job around the clock. If anything fails, we investigate and fix it — before you are even aware of a problem.
If data needs to be restored, we do it for you. You tell us what you need back — we take care of the rest.
One service that grows with your data. No hidden fees — price scales with the amount of data you need protected.

We offer both Thailand-based and international cloud destinations. Most customers use a dual-destination approach — a local copy for fast recovery and a cloud copy for disaster protection. We will recommend the right combination based on your data sensitivity and recovery time requirements.
Recovery time depends on the amount of data and your connection speed. A single file or email is typically recovered within minutes. A full server restore can take from a few hours to a day. We document a tested recovery plan for each customer so there are no surprises when it matters most.
Yes. Microsoft 365 — including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams — is included in Business and Enterprise plans. Microsoft's own data retention is limited and does not protect against accidental deletion, ransomware, or departing employees. A third-party backup is strongly recommended.
Our monitoring system checks every backup job and alerts our team immediately on any failure. We investigate and resolve the issue, then notify you. You do not need to log in to a dashboard and check — we do that for you.
No. Our immutable storage architecture means backups are written once and cannot be modified or deleted — not even by an administrator account on your network. This is the gold standard for ransomware protection. Even if ransomware encrypts every machine on your network, your backups remain untouched.
In most cases, no. Our solution is software-based and uses cloud storage. For very large environments or customers with strict data localisation requirements, we can include a local backup appliance — but this is optional and discussed during the assessment.
Yes. We have experience migrating from various backup platforms. The transition is planned to run in parallel — your old solution keeps running until we have confirmed the new system is fully operational and every protected system has a verified backup.
